Interim Management: More than just an interim solution

The consulting market for professional HR services has increasingly changed in recent years. According to the leading German association for interim managers, organized under the umbrella of the DDIM, the “Dachverband der Deutschen Interim Manager”, the demand for interim management solutions has almost doubled in the last 10 years, while the market for executive searches at a middle and senior management level has stagnated - at best. The forecast for the recruitment consultancy scene is also much more optimistic in the coming years when it comes to the search for interim managers.
